1. Products & Availability
TWAS offers limited-edition books and luxury holiday creations. All products are subject to availability. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, materials, and finish may occur. We reserve the right to modify products, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification. TWAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those involving pricing errors or unavailable products. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

3. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Shipping times and methods are described in our Shipping & Return Policy. Preorders ship according to the estimated dates provided at purchase.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, except as required by applicable law. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for details regarding damaged or incorrect items.

4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photography, designs, text, trademarks, and other website content belong to TWAS or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
