SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping options range from FedEx Ground to expedited services, including FedEx 2Day, FedEx 2Day A.M., FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx Priority Overnight.

Gallery Editions and higher-value editions ship via FedEx 2Day or faster to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Due to the value of certain items, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Preorders and products with future release dates will ship according to the estimated shipping dates provided at the time of purchase.

Return & Cancellation Policy:
Each TWAS creation is meticulously handcrafted. Subtle variations are a natural reflection of the artisan's hand, making every piece a unique expression of exceptional craftsmanship.

To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of our creations, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by applicable law.
 
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@studiotwas.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs.
